Burnt Store Village offers 13 miles of quiet streets plus an active Property Owners Association (POA) that helps maintain the community’s deed-restrictions. The POA & the deed-restrictions aim to maintain property values while enhancing the neighborhood’s desirability to new residents. Most of the homes within Burnt Store Village were constructed during the real estate boom in the early 2000s with new construction properties being added every year.
